Boarding the plane for spain, yeah its been a tough stretch for me for sure, but I headed back for more!
I am happy to report I picked up my first trophy of the year in the Owensboro IGA 5 k run race. I won my age division with a time of 19min 17 seconds .
It wasn't a PR for more cuz I have been in the 18s before but this course had alot of turns and a few hills so I was happy with my time and happy to pick up my first bit of hard ware for the year!!!
Just gotta pick up the throttle so it's not my last.
