Question from Nicole - Germany
When you (nicky) get home between the European races or travel from one time zone to another, how do you handle this? How do you find a sleep-wake-rhythm that keeps you halfway fit, and doesn’t the whole system get messed up? i remember coming home to germany from a trip to florida - i felt sick for an entire week because of the jet lag so i could really need some useful tips on that ;-) you don´t really have time to adjust to european time when you go to brno for example; i guess you´ll arrive on Wednesday or Thursday so you have 2 days maximum - is that really enough to compensate a time offset of 7 or 8 hours?
Nicky
Only advice i got for ya is that ya got to get a lil tuffer!! Yeah, its not always so easy for me. Yeah they like to get wild, i sleep with the radio on and normally its not too bad. Some times when they drop a big bomb the whole motor home will rock, but its cool to help get ya fired up for the race!!!
